If the return is due to an error on your part (I have order the wrong colour, the wrong size, I dont like the product) you will have to send the items back to us at your own expense. If sorted 4 safety ltd has made an error on your order or there is a defect in the product we can arrange a courier to collect Free of charge.
You can contact customer services at sorted 4 safety ltd and they will provide you with a Return Number. Attach this number to the returns documents and then when the item arrives back to sorted 4 safety ltd you will be contacted to resolve the issue.
Return of goods must be within 30 days after the date of the delivery/advice note. To enable us to issue credit for returned goods, the goods must be in their original condition & packaging in order that they are fit for resale.
